At IKEA DESIGN YOUR ROOM, we strive to provide an excellent experience through our AI-powered room design tool. As our services are digital and customized upon use, we encourage you to carefully review this Refund Policy before making any purchases.

1. Digital Services & Eligibility for Refunds
Our platform offers digital content and customized virtual room designs, which are delivered immediately after purchase or use. In line with UAE consumer protection guidelines and international e-commerce standards, refunds are generally not applicable for digital services once delivered or accessed.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

You were charged more than once for the same service.

You encountered a technical issue that prevented delivery and support was unable to resolve it.

You were charged but did not receive access to the service.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
